Magna Moves Forward on California Track Plans

CALIFORNIA – As reported by the Thoroughbred Times: "Magna Entertainment Corp. is preparing to take another step toward the development of Dixon Downs in Northern California as it readies an environmental impact report for the Dixon, California, City Council.

"With regulatory approvals, Magna could break ground on the project by fall 2005 and open Phase I as early as October 2006…"
