Macau tightening control of its casino industry

MACAO -- Macau will tighten control on gambling, Xihua reported.

The news came from Macau's Chief Executive Fernando Chui who said the increased control will be on the numbers of new casinos and games allowed, the report said.

The city will also increase supervision and auditing of casino's financial records, Xinhua said.
