Macau cracks down, 150 arrested6 August 2012MACAO -- 150 people have been arrested in a clampdown on crime related to gambling, Channel News Asia reported. The crackdown was a collaboration between law enforcement in China, Macau and Hong Kong, the report said. It was an attempt by Macau authorities to clean up Triad activity in casinos and respond to a recent assault on a casino investor and the murder of a Chinese women, Channel News Asia reported. |
