LVGI, Octavian International sign deal

LAS VEGAS, Nevada – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Las Vegas Gaming, Inc. has entered into an exclusive agreement with Octavian International and its distribution division OctaSupplies. Under terms of the agreement, Octavian will distribute LVGI's incredible new technology, PortalVision, in several international territories including Australia, China, Eastern Europe, Russia and South America.

PortalVision enables casino, lottery and slot operators to dramatically increase productivity of gaming machines by delivering additional real-time wagering opportunities, promotions, games and other content on existing machines.

LVGI President and Chief Marketing Officer Stephen Crystal said, "The agreement with Octavian provides for immediate international distribution of the PortalVision product with a proven distribution partner in Octavian."

LVGI and Octavian plan to show jointly at November's Global Gaming Expo and at January's International Casino Exposition, as well as other international trade shows in 2007.
