LV Sands pays for bus

BETHLEHEM, Pennsylvania – As reported by the New Jersey Express-Times: "A Harrisburg bus trip advertised as an initiative of the Mayor's South Side Task Force is being paid for by Las Vegas Sands Corp., the task force chairman said Monday.

"No city money is involved in the effort to bring supporters of the Sands' Bethlehem proposal to Wednesday's hearing before the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, according to Roger Hudak.

"He helped organize the campaign and said the confusion probably arose from the Sands' telemarketing firm. Hudak said he signed his name on to the campaign with his South Side Task Force affiliation beside his signature…"
