Klai-Juba Architects Ltd., which said it agreed in 1999 to provide structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services; and design and construction documents for the Indian casino, sued Anchor Pala Development LLC, alleging it breached a contract when it refused to file a request for mediation to settle a dispute over payments allegedly owed to the architect. A spokesman for Anchor Gaming of Las Vegas declined comment on the lawsuit. |
