Luisa Haxel becomes Managing Director of Traumhausverlosung27 March 2025(PRESS RELEASE) -- Traumhausverlosung, or Dream House Raffle, the first raffle for existing properties on the German market, is positioning itself even more strongly for the future: since March, Luisa Haxel has taken over the management of Traumhausverlosung and the organizing non-profit organization Dreamify gGmbH. In Luisa Haxel, Dreamify has recruited a real estate expert with many years of expertise in the industry and the management of start-ups. Before joining Dreamify and Traumhausverlosung, she founded and managed Evernest, a platform for real estate agents. A graduate in business administration, she started her career in strategy consulting and, after moving into the real estate industry, held various positions at the international real estate company Engel & Völkers, most recently as Head of Digital Strategy. “Traumhausverlosung got off to an impressive start on the German market last year,” says Luisa Haxel. “I'm looking forward to developing the brand further together with the team and providing new impetus for the business model, which is unique in Germany to date.” Traumhausverlosung was launched on the German market in August 2024 and has established itself as a pioneer in real estate lotteries. The social lottery donates at least 20 percent of the ticket price to a good cause. The Dreamify gGmbH non-profit organization is the organizer and license holder of the Dream House Raffle. |
