Lucky Eagle Casino to Host NWBA Title Match

ROCHESTER, Washington – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Lucky Eagle Casino will host its final fight of the year here November 6th at 7 p.m., and they definitely saved one of the best for last. Portland's Michael Lucero will face Detroit's Wilmer Torres for the NWBA Welterweight title in the 10 round main event. Lucero, always a crowd favorite at the Lucky Eagle, has been selected "most popular fighter" in his last two appearances at the casino.

"This fight promises to be a war," said Lucky Eagle General Manager John Setterstrom. "Title bouts are always hard fought, and these guys both want that belt." The November 6th card, billed as Lucky Eagle "Fight Night 48," will feature 7 bouts and 40 scheduled rounds. Reggie Davis, currently 11-2 with 6 knockouts, returns to face Richard Gonzales in an 8 round bout on the undercard. Other boxers scheduled to appear include Paul Kravcenko, Robert Blaydes, TJ Jooya and Steve Conkin.

The Lucky Eagle Casino is located just off Highway 12 in Rochester, Washington.
