Louisiana casinos ordered to temporarily shut down16 March 2020The Louisiana Gaming Control Board announced today that all commercial casinos in the state are to be closed for a period of two weeks to prevent the spread of coronavirus. The closure will begin at 12 a.m. on Tuesday, 17 March. The closures include Harrah's New Orleans Casino in New Orleans, 15 riverboat casinos, and four horse racing/casino locations. |
