"L'Auberge du Lac Hotel & Casino, the $365-million casino resort scheduled to open tomorrow night in Lake Charles, La., is presenting a wide selection of eateries with menus ranging from regional favorites to national and international cuisine.

"Foodies will find a lot to choose from, including:

"-- Jack Daniel's Bar & Grill: Chef Jason LeBouef offers barbecue basted with Jack Daniel's sauce and desserts infused with the famous whiskey. Local cuisine will include Louisiana seafood, jambalaya, catfish and gator bites.

"…-- Snake River Grill: The famed Jackson Hole, Wyo., landmark is taking its award-winning dining experience east of the Rockies for the first time. The new 140-seat Snake River Grill, which is larger than its original location, will offer rustic ambiance and modern American cuisine.

"…-- Le Beaucoup Buffet: For buffet lovers, large stucco arches tower over cozy seating areas in this 370-seat restaurant. Chef Travis Hamilton offers American, Tex/Mex, local and Asian style cuisine, along with an extensive selection of pastries and desserts by pastry chef Ana Dominguez.

"…-- Nevie Beach Club: Based on trendy South Beach, Fla., the Nevie Beach Club aims to be the casino resort's chic hot spot for the daytime crowd. Partygoers can relax on four-poster beds while sipping cocktails or enjoy gourmet cuisine on a veranda overlooking the resort's sandy beach and lazy river.

"…-- Le Café: This 24-hour casual dining area is fashioned in the traditional style of a French bistro. High ceilings and large windows blend with stone colonnades, pergolas and tile roof architecture to provide a comfortable dining alcove for 185 guests. The menu features breakfast, burgers, salads, Louisiana seafood and Bistro style entrees.

"-- Asia: Asian-fusion cuisine will share the menu with authentic Vietnamese selections in this contemporary noodle bar. An intimate venue with seating for only 36, the restaurant will also offer a take-away menu.

"-- Sprinkles and Lattes: Sprinkles, an ice cream parlor, will feature freshly made waffle cones, sundaes, shakes and 20 flavors of famed Texas Blue Bell ice cream. Lattes, located in the hotel lobby, will serve Starbucks brand coffee and specialty drinks, including Frappuccinos and Tazo Tea.
