Louisiana board sued for information10 May 2007LOUISIANA -- As reported by the Louisiana Advocate: "Hollywood Casino owners have sued the Louisiana Gaming Control Board to get information about a planned third riverboat casino in Baton Rouge. "Louisiana Casino Cruises filed the lawsuit Wednesday to get the proposed berth site and a 132-page economic impact study presented to the board by Pinnacle Entertainment Inc. Pinnacle wants to build a casino in Baton Rouge along the Mississippi River. "Louisiana Casino Cruises says its records requests have been denied because the board deems the information to be confidential, the lawsuit says..." |
