Loto-Quebec to get into online gambling business3 February 2010QUEBEC, Canada -- Loto-Quebec has secured cabinet approval to set up an online gambling site, CTV reported. Loto-Quebec hope to offer alternative to the unregulated web-gambling market, said CTV. Based on Swedish lottery model, the site will include safety features to prevent under age gamblers, offer self exclusion and limit deposits, according to CTV.
