Live racing at Plainridge Park Casino delayed until further notice

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission voted Thursday to postpone the start of live harness racing at Plainridge Park Casino "until further notice."

The racing season, which was initially scheduled to begin 6 April, was previously delayed until 1 June.

VOTE: The Commission voted unanimously 5-0 via roll call to postpone the June 1, 2020 opening of Plainridge Racecourse until further notice. Gaming operations at Plainridge were shutdown in March and will remain closed until at least 18 May.
