LiG Launches New Gaming Technology

4 April 2005

LAS VEGAS – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Legal iGaming will deploy the first ever remote access gaming solution to the casino and gaming industry. LiG has finally unriddled the complexities associated with remote access and closed loop secure networks, allowing for remote access play in any casino.

The company will focus initially on its remote access technology in the casino, allowing patron's access from their hotel rooms. This type of access to the casino floors is especially appreciated by the celebrities, high rollers, non-smokers, and handicapped. There are numerous categories of clientele who will benefit by this new access. It is expected that the casinos will also benefit with the additional revenue, and automation the technology provides.

The company's remote access platform was spawned as a result of their recent development of Multi player slot machines for the Indian gaming community. In 2003 the major Indian casinos reached full capacity with their class III gaming devices. Regulation allows for up to 2000 machines in the casinos, and regulation is in effect until the year 2020. LiG developed a solution for the Indian gaming community that would allow them to serve up to 8000 people per casino while keeping them within regulation. The company currently enjoys a tight relationship with top level Indian casino executives, as a result of their patented technology. LiG's patented technology will soon be in every Indian casino in the US.

Currently LiG serves the gaming industry in cash handling and voucher redemption equipment. The company is fast becoming a major, in the casino service industry. With the myriad of applications that their new patented technology allows, the company is surely a candidate for a merger or a buyout in the very near future.

According to Michael Saunders one of the LiG founders, "The momentum we have picked up in the last 6 months is amazing, the fruits of our labor are finally coming full circle."

LiG has the support of the major hotel and casinos in the rolling out of their new technology, according to the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino, LiG is "the best solution for the gaming community."

The founders of LiG are the authors of numerous patents held by major US gaming companies, including Mikhon, and IGT, and Aristocrat.

The company is currently finalizing a private placement round of financing at $2.00 share, with series A and B warrants.

Most investors will not at this point be able to participate in the current round of financing, but should be on the lookout for a merger or public offering in the very near future.
