Lesniak encourages casinos and tracks to accept sports bets despite lawsuit17 August 2012NEW JERSEY -- State Sen. Raymond J. Lesniak has encouraged casinos and racetracks to proceed and accept sportbets, New Jersey Business reported. Lesniak disputed the outstanding lawsuit by sports leagues and suggested it's not going to be possible for them to prove they'd suffer "irreparable harm", the report said. He described casinos who were holding off accepting bets as "absolutely, totally wrong and misguided, and getting bad advice, New Jersey Business said. |
