Leander signs multi-distribution deal with Amaya Gaming Group

4 November 2013

LONDON -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Leander Games today announced that it has signed a major B2B partnership deal with Amaya Gaming Group, Inc. (“Amaya” or the “Corporation”) (TSX: AYA), an entertainment solutions provider for the regulated gaming industry, that will see the distribution of in-house and third-party games to Amaya. The move will allow operators powered by Amaya’s Casino Gaming System to access all content on Leander’s LeGa Platform without the need for any additional integration.

The addition of the Leander portfolio including games from Blueprint, Genesis and Quickspin AB, will allow Amaya to expand upon its extensive and engaging casino offering of over 250 games, including titles from its growing list of premium providers such as Bally Technologies, Inc., SHFL Entertainment and Aristocrat.

Leander Games CEO, Steven Matsell has said “We want to offer the very best games from us and our partners to Operators as easily and quickly as possible and this deal with Amaya further cements our strategy. We regard Amaya as a key player in the industry, with huge potential in the U.S and we are looking forward to watching this relationship with Amaya grow”.

Daniel Lindberg CEO of Quickspin, one of the game suppliers to Leander, adds "The distribution through Amaya, using our partnership with Leander, is a fantastic opportunity for us to increase our footprint and for Amaya's large network to benefit from our great games".

Amaya's CEO, David Baazov comments "We are very pleased to have signed the first part of a strategic relationship with Leander Games. Alongside our existing game catalogue, this partnership raises Amaya to the position of offering the most compelling casino aggregation platform in the industry. "
