Lawyers Realty & Auctions reports Mississippi development deal30 October 2007ANDALE, Florida -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Lawyers Realty & Auctions, Inc. today announced that it has entered into an agreement to spearhead real estate brokerage and assist in obtaining financiers for one of the largest developers in the southeast on a billion-dollar resort and casino development project in Mississippi. The project is a multi-phased resort and casino project, with the first phase to include 150,000 sq ft of gaming area with restaurants, a conference center, and the first of two 500-room hotel operations connected to the casino. "We look forward to assisting the post-Katrina rebuilding and expansion of Mississippi by being part of this massive project," said Lawyers Realty & Auctions Partner Eleazar Kauderer. "Lawyers Realty & Auction prides itself on a commercial outlook that focuses on being involved in projects that make a difference in the community." Mississippi has suffered from both financial and ecological devastation in the last few years, with many jobs lost. This project will help create new opportunities for employment and continue the revitalization of the area, with the assistance of Lawyers Realty & Auction. The developer, who will be announced once funds are secured, is currently involved in 16 announced projects, many of which are based in Mississippi. Two additional projects are in the planning stages with an official announcement pending. After the recent catastrophe in California, Eleazar Kauderer and founder Eddie Nurieli, ESQ. are going to seek out developers that are interested in rebuilding the fire torn land and pledge to make a difference in California as well. |
