Lawyer Picked to Lead Pennsylvania Board

PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania – As reported by the Associated Press: "The managing partner at one of Pennsylvania's biggest law firms has been chosen to lead the state's gambling commission.

"Gov. Ed Rendell was holding a news conference Thursday to introduce Thomas A. Decker, who practices general corporate law at the Philadelphia firm Cozen O'Connor, said Kate Philips, a spokeswoman for Rendell.
