Lawsuit against Seneca County casino thrown out

NEW YORK -- A legal challenge to the Lago Resort & Casino has been thrown out by a judge, according to the Auburn Times.

The court challenge came from residents opposing the casino and was filed under an environmental impact concern, the report said.

This is the second such lawsuit, the first one last year succeeded, Auburn Times reported.

Construction has already commenced at the site, the report made note.
