L'Auberge du Lac Casino Selects Agilysys System

14 February 2005

CLEVELAND, Ohio – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Agilysys, Inc., (Nasdaq: AGYS) a leading provider of enterprise computer solutions and hospitality software solutions, announced that L'Auberge du Lac Hotel & Casino in Lake Charles, LA has selected the Lodging Management System (LMS) from Agilysys, as well as modules LMS ARTS and LMS SPA, to streamline operations at the exclusive property, which is scheduled to open in Spring 2005. L'Auberge du Lac is owned by Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc., Las Vegas.

"We needed a robust and flexible property management system for our hotel and casino operation at L'Auberge du Lac," said Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. Chief Technology Officer Bart Lewin. "LMS and its modules offered exactly what we were looking for in terms of application integration and system functionality. We also have worked with Agilysys in the past and have been impressed with the support and guidance they have provided - from development to implementation."

LMS is an integrated property management software system designed to create economies of scale and provide greater control of front office, accounting and housekeeping operations. LMS also links customers' gaming accounts to hotel accounts. The versatile front-office system is easily expandable to incorporate additional software modules from Agilysys and other vendors.

LMS ARTS interfaces with hotel guest history data to preplan a variety of activities, such as dinner reservations, tee times, tennis lessons and even off-site activities. LMS SPA allows hotels to schedule spa room and treatment technicians for guests. Both programs, which integrate seamlessly with the LMS property management system, place canceled activities and appointments back into inventory for resale, resulting in optimum property utilization and profitability.

"L'Auberge du Lac's decision to select our software solution clearly demonstrates the property's commitment to its guests," said Bill Lashley, senior vice president and general manager, Agilysys, Hospitality Solutions. "This new Pinnacle property will be a premiere destination resort. Incorporating LMS and its modules LMS ARTS and LMS SPA will not only streamline overall operations at the property but also will ensure an exceptional guest experience."
