Las Vegas Sands Names New General Counsel and Secretary

LAS VEGAS – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Las Vegas Sands Corp. (NYSE: LVS) announced today that Brad Serwin has been named general counsel and secretary. Mr. Serwin is responsible for overseeing the company's legal, regulatory and compliance affairs.

Mr. Serwin most recently served as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary for Ticketmaster. Prior to that, Mr. Serwin served as general counsel, senior vice president and secretary at PAULA Financial. Mr. Serwin began his legal career practicing corporate law with the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
