Las Vegas announces summer 2024 entertainment

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Las Vegas has long been synonymous with entertainment, offering headlining residencies from global superstars, tour stops from today’s top acts and comedy sets from the best comics in the game. Spectacular shows can be found year-round, but the entertainment landscape heats up even more during summer.

To mark the season of sensational entertainment, the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority has debuted its Alive in Vegas advertising campaign. Here in Vegas, you don’t just go for the show, you go for an experience—you go to feel alive. The artists featured in the campaign and playing the destination this summer season can be listened to with the LVCVA's Alive in Vegas Spotify playlist.

World-Class Residencies

- Bakkt Theater at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas presents two headliners throughout the season, including a new residency from DJ Cassidy (select dates from Friday, 5 July through Saturday, 20 July) and the return of country star Shania Twain (select dates from Friday, 23 August through Saturday, 7 September).
- The Colosseum at Caesars Palace presents three of its headliners throughout the season, including country superstar Garth Brooks (select dates from Wednesday, 26 June through Saturday, 13 July); the final shows from pop rocker Rod Stewart (select dates from Wednesday, 24 July through Wednesday, 7 August); and the first residency from hometown band The Killers (select dates from Wednesday, 14 August through Sunday, 1 September).
- Dolby Live at Park MGM presents a packed summer of headliners, including pop icon Lady Gaga (select dates from Wednesday, 19 June through Saturday, 6 July); the Strip’s first all-Spanish language residency from grupero band Los Bukis (select dates from Friday, 12 July through Saturday, 20 July and Friday, 13 September through Saturday, 21 September); pop diva Mariah Carey (select dates from Friday, 26 July through Saturday, 10 August); and pop star Bruno Mars (select dates from Tuesday, 20 August through Sunday, 1 September).
- Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas presents continued dates from two of its residents, including soulful singer Lionel Richie (Wednesday, 26 June; Friday, 28 June; and Saturday, 29 June and select dates from Wednesday, 18 September through Saturday, 12 October) and R&B group New Edition (select dates from Wednesday, 3 July through Saturday, 13 July).
- House of Blues Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino presents a new residency from R&B group Jodeci (select dates from Friday, 5 July through Saturday, 13 July).
- The International Theater at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino presents continued dates from soft rock icon Barry Manilow (select dates from Thursday, 13 June through Saturday, 15 June and Thursday, 12 September through Saturday, 21 September) and soulful group Kool & The Gang (Friday, 2 August and Saturday, 3 August).
- Resorts World Theatre at Resorts World Las Vegas presents continued residency dates of American Idol and country star Carrie Underwood (select dates from Wednesday, 14 August through Saturday, 24 August).

Spectacular Concerts

- Allegiant Stadium presents a two-night engagement from country star Morgan Wallen, with support from country rapper Jelly Roll (Thursday, 8 August) and country act Bailey Zimmerman (Friday, 9 August). The venue also brings back pop star P!nk’s Summer Carnival tour for a second time with special guests Sheryl Crow and The Script (Friday, 13 September).
- Bakkt Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino presents R&B girl groups Xscape and SWV (Saturday, 29 June); metal rock band Megadeth (Friday, 16 August); hard rock bands I Prevail and Halestorm (Saturday, 17 August); alternative rock band Bush (Wednesday, 11 September); Latin pop diva Gloria Trevi (Friday, 13 September); and the Latin pop-focused 90’s Pop Tour featuring Sentidos Opuestos, The Sacados, JNS, Magneto, Kabah, Caló and Laura León (Sunday, 15 September).
- BleauLive Theater at Fontainebleau Las Vegas presents alternative rock band Third Eye Blind with Yellowcard and A R I Z O N A (Saturday, 22 June); music icons Daryl Hall and Elvis Costello & The Imposters with Charlie Sexton (Sunday, 23 June); Jane’s Addiction and Love and Rockets (Friday, 9 August); rapper Young Miko (Saturday, 10 August); and alternative rock band Hootie & The Blowfish (Friday, 23 August and Saturday, 24 August).
- Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas at The LINQ Hotel + Experience Promenade presents jam artists Melvin Seals & JGB (Thursday, 20 June); indie band Circles Around the Sun (Saturday, 6 July); ska band Streetlight Manifesto (Friday, 12 July); bluegrass act The Dead South (Saturday, 17 August); rapper Juvenile with the 400 Degreez Band (Friday, 23 August); reggae band The Green (Wednesday, 28 August); and electronic duo Thievery Corporation (Friday, 30 August).
- The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas presents Spanish rock band Hombres G (Wednesday, 3 July); singer-songwriter Tash Sultana (Sunday, 14 July); indie pop band The Marías (Friday, 19 July); alternative rock band Wallows (Sunday, 11 August); and R&B icons Boyz II Men (Friday, 23 August and Saturday, 24 August; Friday, 30 August and Saturday, 31 August).
- The Colosseum at Caesars Palace presents Latin pop legend Luis Miguel on Thursday, 12 September; Saturday, 14 September; and Sunday, 15 September.
- Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas presents cellist Hauser (Saturday, 22 June); R&B artist Ne-Yo (Wednesday, 7 August; Friday, 9 August; and Saturday, 10 August); and the Buena Vista Social Orchestra (Sunday, 8 September).
- House of Blues Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino presents indie rock artist Alex G (Thursday, 22 August); pop band Matisse (Saturday, 14 September); electronic band Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark (Tuesday, 17 September); and singer-songwriter Danny Ocean (Friday, 20 September).
- The International Theater at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino presents glam metal acts Warrant and Lita Ford (Saturday, 22 June); alternative rock band Gin Blossoms (Saturday, 6 July); country artist Marty Stuart (Saturday, 13 July); and classic rock artist Don Felder (Saturday, 27 July).
