Lagasse's Stadium wins 'Sports Bar of the Year' award4 April 2016(PRESS RELEASE) -- Nightclub & Bar Magazine unveiled its annual "Nightclub & Bar Awards" list, awarding Lagasse's Stadium at The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino "Sports Bar of the Year." The celebrated sports bar and restaurant was showcased with all of the award recipients at the recent Nightclub & Bar Convention and Trade Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center, as well as on Nightclub.com. Mike Olsen, director of operations Las Vegas for Emeril's Restaurants, accepted the award on behalf of the restaurant, along with Gerardo Rodriguez, general manager. "I am overjoyed to accept this award on behalf of Lagasse's Stadium," said Olsen. "Our staff is indeed the best in the business, providing the ultimate sports bar experience in Las Vegas." The annual Nightclub & Bar awards recognize both individuals and establishments from across the country who have demonstrated expertise in the industry, professionalism, and sales success. This award accompanies the many additional accolades Lagasse's Stadium has received, including "Sports Bars for Foodies" by New York Times, "#1 Best Sports Bar in the USA" by USA Today 10Best, "Best Sports Lounge" by Vegas Seven Magazine, and "Top 10 Sports Bars in the US" by Gayot. In addition to showing a full spring schedule of sports broadcasts including the NFL Draft, NBA and NHL playoffs in the comfort of plush stadium style seating, Lagasse's Stadium will commemorate the award by hosting a three-week celebration from April 25 through May 15 showcasing the best Lagasse's has to offer. Tuesdays will feature professional athletes and coaches live in the Palazzo Broadcast Studio on Game Night with Matt Perrault, live on the Yahoo! Sports Radio network. Wednesdays will feature Lagasse's Stadium resident chef and Chopped Champion, Scott Pajak infusing some of the best craft beers from the Anheuser- Busch product line with the upscale casual fare of Emeril Lagasse's kicked up Stadium menu for a series of "Sports Bar of the Year" celebration dinners: -- April 27: Golden Road Brewing -- May 4: Goose Island Brewery -- May 11: Shock Top Call for reservations. Pricing begins at $55 per person. Seats are limited. In addition, Lagasse's Stadium will feature a "Best of" three-course menu showcasing the most popular items on the Lagasse's Stadium menu for $35 per person.
