Labour dispute cuts slots hours at Rideau Carleton Raceway18 December 2015OTTAWA, Ontario -- Stalled contract negotiations with union members have reduced the hours of slot operations at the Rideau Carlton Raceway according to a CBC News report. The CBC said the workers, whose contract expired two years ago, were locked out by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation at 10pm Tuesday because negotiations have hit a wall. The OLG meanwhile is defending the contract it has offered the workers.
