Ksa fines Chestoption Sociedad de Responsibilidad Limitada

(PRESS RELEASE) -- The Dutch Gaming Authority imposes a penalty-download of Chestoption Sociedad de Responsibilidad Limitada for offering illegal games of chance to Dutch players via the websites vave.com, vave-luck.com and 65avev55.com. With this burden under penalty, the Ksa demands that Chestoption Sociedad that the Responsibidor Limitada stops the illegal offer immediately and stops it. If the provider does not comply, a penalty of €280,000 per week will be imposed, up to a maximum of €840,000.

On the websites investigated, it was possible to create a player account, make deposits and participate in the illegal range of games. At that time, no technical measures had been taken to block players from the Netherlands.

The Netherlands has a regulated gambling market to better protect players. For this reason, the Ksa is cracking down on illegal providers. With a penalty payment, illegal supply can often be quickly terminated. Providers also risk a fine for the period in which the illegal offer was available.
