Krystle Scott returns to Little Creek Casino Resort as Chief Financial Officer

6 November 2026

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Little Creek Casino Resort has named Krystle Scott chief financial officer, welcoming back its former controller with nearly two decades of financial management experience across casino gaming and the public sector.

Scott most recently served as chief financial officer at Louisiana Downs. Previously, she served as interim CFO/controller at Nisqually Red Wind Casino, overseeing financial reporting, accounting and revenue audit functions. She was Little Creek’s controller from 2018 to 2020.

“Krystle knows this property and the people who make it special, and that makes her return particularly meaningful,” said Jef Bauer, CEO of Little Creek Casino Resort. “She brings strong financial leadership and a collaborative approach that will help our team turn ideas into progress. Having her back at Little Creek as we build our next chapter is a tremendous asset.”

In her new role, Scott will help guide the resort’s financial operations and support its continued growth. Her approach emphasizes building strong finance teams, supporting operational leaders and working across departments to achieve shared goals.

Before entering the casino industry, Scott spent a decade as a financial manager with the state of Washington. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Saint Martin’s University and a Master of Business Administration from Aspen University.
