Kids Week returns to Foxwoods Resort Casino13 April 2019(PRESS RELEASE) -- One of Foxwoods Resort Casino’s most popular kid-friendly events, Kids Week, is back with many of the fun activities families have come to enjoy during the spring school break. Kids Week will take place 15-19 April and will once again have free movies, face-painting, air brush tattoos, a kiddie game lounge and much more. Plus, kids will have the opportunity to participate in “Discovery with Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center” to learn about wildlife through hands-on Discovery. Kids will be given the chance to visit with a bird of prey up close, touch turtles and snakes, meet frogs, and see and touch feathers, furs, skulls and many other natural items. Plus, Kids Week activities will be held at Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods every day. Movies Enjoy free movie screenings of blockbusters including Ralph Breaks the Internet, Spider-Man: Homecoming and Teen Titans Go. To the Movies - Monday through Wednesday in the Grand Theater. The first movie will start at 12:30 each day. To enjoy the complete movie experience, the Grand Theater concession stand will be open to purchase favorites such as popcorn, candy and beverages. Pat Patriot On Monday, 15 April from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m., kids can get their photo taken with the mascot of champions. Face painting Bring your camera with you Tuesday, 16 April through Friday, 19 April from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. for this imaginative and fun photo opportunity. What will your child want to have painted on their face: a favorite superhero, a sports team logo, an animal or even a Picasso painting? Discovery with Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center On Wednesday, 17 April, kids can learn about wildlife through hands-on discovery and will even have the chance to visit with a bird of prey up close, touch turtles and snakes, meet frogs, and see and touch feathers, furs, skulls and many other natural items. Balloon twisting Visit Foxwoods on Thursday, 18 April from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. and watch in amazement as our balloon artist creates animals, hats and swords before your eyes. Spa Packages at The Norwich Spa at Foxwoods A Kids Week first, treat your little ones age 6-12 to a Sweet Pea Package and let them pick their favorite tip and toe color. This sweet package includes a hand massage, nail shaping and of choice of nail color.
