Kerzner Approved by UK Gaming Board

PARADISE ISLAND, The Bahamas -- (Press Release) -- Kerzner International Limited (NYSE:KZL), a leading international developer and operator of destination resorts, casinos and luxury hotels, today announced that it has been granted a Certificate of Consent from the Gaming Board for Great Britain. The announcement will enable the Company to apply for the transfer of the London Clubs (LCI) license in Northampton into its name, and proceed with its plans for a casino in Northampton.

The awarding of a Gaming Board Certificate of Consent is a positive recognition of the Company's high standards of corporate governance and excellent operating credentials.
