Kenilworth Welcomes WTO Online Gambling Dispute

8 April 2005

MINEOLA, New York – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Kenilworth Systems Corporation (OTC PS: KENS): Regardless who is right or wrong, the Internet can never be regulated and controlled like Kenilworth Systems Corporation's Roulabette(TM) system. The Internet runs wire communication, telephone lines (Internet), from one end of the world to the other, absent of any possibility to be regulated and thereby necessarily controlled.

During the proceedings in the WTO the United States argued that regulation was not a viable alternative for prohibition due to five major risks: underage gambling, compulsive gambling, money laundering, possible abuse by organized crime, and the risk of fraud. Roulabette(TM) is the only answer.

Kenilworth's Roulabette(TM) system does not have any wire communication. It relies on satellite transmission directly to wagering television sets, using set-top boxes with microprocessors to manage the wagering. To hack Roulabette(TM) or manipulate the results requires, at minimum, the up and down link satellite dishes which are too big to hide from the FCC or other Communication Authorities in other countries.

The "Bet As You Watch Casino On TV" service will be deployed in conjunction with lotteries. Digital satellite and digital cable subscribers will go to their local lottery agents and open an account with a cash deposit to wager on the casino games, using a Roulabette(TM) play card, similar to lottery play card and in the same manner as if they are purchasing lottery tickets. Likewise, winning from playing the casino games, the satellite and cable subscribers collect the winnings from the lottery terminal operator by again inserting a premarked play card to collect the funds. The lottery data systems manage the Roulabette(TM) transaction as if it is a normal lottery transaction.

Exclusively licensing lotteries and their operators for the cash only deposits required for wagering on the Roulabette(TM) programs will assist us in our efforts to make sure the underaged won't participate in the casino action. Lottery Terminal Operators must observe the minimum age laws under criminal penalty.

A special effort will also be made to identify compulsive gamblers. By the lottery monitoring all wagering action, the system will be able to identify problematic gamblers and will limit or shut down their obsessive gambling habit.
