Kansas City casinos see fewer visitors in August

KANSAS CITY -- Visitor numbers and revenue fell at Kansas City river boat casinos in August, according to the Kansas City Business Journal.

Visitor numbers fell 4.5 percent, while revenue dropped 0.4 percent, the report said.

Except for the Isle of Capri where revenue improved 1.8 percent, the Kansas City Business Journal noted.
