Kanawha slot change has to wait13 September 2007KANAWHA, West Virginia -- As reported by the Charleston Daily Mail: "Kanawha lawmakers say any action to scale back neighborhood slots parlors is at least three years away. "The 9,000 allowable permits for the limited video lottery machines won't be up for bid again until 2011.
