There's just something about Las Vegas on New Year's Eve. Even Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr. knew it was the place to be on New Year's Eve - they staged a bank heist around it in the film "Oceans 11." Maybe it's the parties - where else but New York can you find a single crowd of 200,000 plus counting down the seconds until the new year arrives. Or perhaps it's the entertainment. Harry Belafonte, Neil Diamond, Olivia Newton-John and even Marilyn Manson will perform in Vegas on Dec. 31. Whatever the reason, Vegas is the place to be on New Year's Eve.
