June Revenue Rises for Kansas City Casinos

MISSOURI – As reported by the Kansas City Business Journal: "Three of the four Kansas City-area casinos posted higher revenue in June compared with last year, according to statistics the Missouri Gaming Commission released Monday.

"June revenue for the Kansas City market as a whole totaled $53.9 million, up 15 percent from $46.8 million last year.

"For the ninth consecutive month, Ameristar Casino & Hotel Kansas City led area casinos in revenue with $19.1 million, up 18 percent from $16.2 million last year. Customers totaled 346,578, up 10 percent from 314,645 last year…"
