Judge rules against Pinnacle in St. Louis casino dispute16 July 2010ST LOUIS, Missouri -- Pinnacle Entertainment has been stalled in trying to prevent St Louis opening another casino, The St Louis Business-Journal reported. Pinnacle surrendered Missouri's final gaming licence when it closed the Present Casino recently, the report said. Pinnacle then challenged the city when it solicited proposals for a new casino, claiming the city was "in breach of its 2004 redevelopment agreement" by supporting a gaming project to replace the President Casino, St Louis Business-Journal reported. A federal judge ruled against Pinnacle's and refused to issue an injunction, the report said. |
