Judge rules against Finger Lakes12 August 2015ALBANY, New York -- Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack have lost their lawsuit to prevent a casino in Seneca Country, the Democrat & Chronicle reported. The lawsuit opposed the building of Lago Resort & Casino on the basis of market saturation, the report said. The Judge ruled against the Finger Lakes contention that Lago would encroach on existing casino properties, according to the Democrat & Chronicle. |
