Jowell May Change UK Gambling Bill1 November 2004UNITED KINGDOM – As reported by the UK Sky News: "Culture secretary Tessa Jowell has signalled a possible retreat over the controversial Gambling Bill on the eve of a crucial vote in Parliament. "The Bill would pave the way for so-called super casinos and big-prize slot machines.
