Jockey Fallon Bailed After Court Appearance17 July 2006LONDON, England -- As reported by RTE News: "Kieren Fallon has been released on unconditional bail after appearing at a London court to answer charges relating to allegations of betting conspiracy. "Fallon appeared alongside 10 other people, including fellow jockeys Fergal Lynch and Darren Williams, 27, of Leyburn for his first appearance at City of London Magistrates' Court. "The six-times champion jockey is charged with conspiracy to defraud. Fallon was charged along with the others following a City of London Police investigation - codenamed Operation Crypton - which has hung over racing for more than two years..." |
