JMC Awarded Temporary License

28 July 2004

LAS VEGAS – (PRESS RELEASE) -- JCM American has been granted a temporary gaming license by the State of Arizona. The license takes effect immediately and allows JCM to conduct business directly with Tribal casinos in the state.

The temporary license was granted upon JCM's completing a basic licensing application with the state. The license will remain in effect until the state completes standard investigations of both JCM American and its parent company, Japan Cash Machine Co. Ltd. of Osaka, Japan, and a permanent license is granted.

Under temporary license guidelines, Tribes may request an extension of JCM's license be granted to the Tribe, permitting it to do business with JCM. The process is conducted on a Tribe-by-Tribe basis.

JCM has supported Tribal gaming since the early 1990s, and currently supplies product to more than 80 Tribes in North America. JCM Vice President Tom Nugent said, "We have been very active in Tribal gaming, and have been expanding our sales base in markets such as California, New Mexico and Oklahoma. With this license, we can now bring the best and most secure products to the Arizona market."
