JetBlue Plans to Add Route Between New York and Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS -- As reported by the Las Vegas Review-Journal: ``JetBlue Airways plans to add twice-daily flights between Las Vegas and New York City's JFK International Airport on Jan. 7 with introductory rates as low as $99 each way, the company announced Monday.

``The low-fare carrier started service last month between Las Vegas and its West Coast base in Long Beach, Calif.

``The flight from Las Vegas to New York connects to Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse, N.Y., and Burlington, Vt.

``...Regular fares between JFK and Las Vegas will range from $139 to $299 each way, though certain restrictions apply..."

``...The planes have large leather seats equipped with live satellite television offering up to 24 channels of DirecTV programming at no extra cost..."
