Jersey gambling regulation plan stalled

JERSEY, Channel Islands -- There has been a delay in the plans to establish a gambling commission in Jersey, the BBC reported today.

The commission would license and regulate gambling activities on the Island, the BBC report said.

Politicians decided they needed more detail on costs and how it might function before proceeding, according to the BBC report.
