Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar launches Boots & Brunch in Las Vegas19 October 2026(PRESS RELEASE) -- Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar Las Vegas at 63 CityCenter is bringing a little Nashville flair to weekend mornings with the launch of Boots & Brunch. Available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the new brunch experience serves up Southern-inspired favorites, $28 bottomless Bloody Marys and mimosas, live country music and plenty of Jason Aldean’s signature Southern hospitality in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. Whether gathering with friends, celebrating a special occasion or kicking off a full day on the Strip, Boots & Brunch delivers a lively weekend experience with a menu that puts a Southern spin on traditional brunch favorites. From hearty Southern classics to lighter brunch favorites, the new Boots & Brunch menu offers something for every appetite. Highlights include: - Shrimp ’N’ Grits ($25): Blackened grilled shrimp served over Yellow Stone grits with spinach, roasted tomatoes and Cajun sauce. - Chicken Fried Steak ($25): Hand-breaded sirloin steak topped with peppered country gravy and served with blistered green beans and buttery mashed potatoes. - Biscuits & Gravy ($24): House-made cheddar biscuits smothered in sausage country gravy and topped with a sunny-side-up egg. - Farmhouse Frittata ($19): A savory combination of spinach, mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, Applewood-smoked bacon and smoked Gouda. - Blackened Salmon Tacos ($19): Blackened salmon paired with bacon-onion jam, cabbage, spicy aioli and green onions. - Avocado Flatbread ($17): Smashed avocado, roasted tomatoes, arugula, grated hardboiled egg, freshly shredded Parmesan and lemon zest. - Waffle Sundae ($17) delivers a sweet playful finish with buttercream frosting, vanilla ice cream, a waffle cone, seasonal berries, chocolate sauce and confectioners’ sugar.
