Japan casino looks less likely29 September 2014TOKYO, Japan -- Japan's first casino is in jeopardy due to bureaucracy and increasing building costs, Reuters reported. There had been a strong sense that Japan was poised to open a large casino resort in anticipation of the 2020 Olympics, the report said. The casino plan is not thought to be the priority of the Tokyo governor compared to intense Olympic preparations, but the Japanese parliament has just returned to session and a casino bill is likely be debated, according to Reuters. |
