19 November 2007

LOS ANGELES - Jackpot Partners, a leading agency representing best-in-class entertainment properties for casino and slot gaming opportunities, has been named exclusive agent to the gaming industry for the historic Kentucky Derby brand.

"We are honored to represent the world's most recognized racing event and wagering brand," said Glen Friedman, a partner of Jackpot Partners. "The Kentucky Derby is naturally adaptable to a compelling gaming experience. It offers vast possibilities for exciting, action-packed slot designs that will have widespread player appeal."

"The worldwide popularity and success of the Kentucky Derby will translate into a unique gaming experience that evokes the history, anticipation, excitement, and beauty of racing's greatest day," said Dave Tompkins, Vice President of Churchill Downs Incorporated, owner of the Kentucky Derby. "We are pleased to have Jackpot Partners representing our brand. Their unique blend of marketing savvy, gaming knowledge, and experience in structuring mutually rewarding relationships is unparalleled."

The Kentucky Derby, the world's most famous horse race, is held each year on the first Saturday in May at Churchill Downs racetrack in Louisville, Kentucky. The race is fondly known as "The Most Exciting Two Minutes in Sports" and the "Run for the Roses." This truly iconic American event is also characterized by fashionable ladies' Derby hats, mint juleps, and equine-themed celebrations.

In addition to attracting more than 150,000 fans who make an in-person pilgrimage to the hallowed grounds of Churchill Downs and its Twin Spires in Louisville, millions each year watch the race on television worldwide and approximately $118,317,714 in pari-mutuel wagers were placed on its outcome in 2007. Scheduled for its 134th consecutive running on May 3, 2008, the Kentucky Derby presented by Yum! Brands is the first leg of the Triple Crown of thoroughbred racing.

Additionally, Jackpot Partners was recently awarded the exclusive right to represent the classic television series "The Ed Sullivan Show" for adoption into premium gaming experiences. Jackpot Partners recently represented HBO's powerhouse series, "The Sopranos," managed marketing activities, and structured its gaming agreement with Aristocrat Technologies, Inc.

Together with HBO and Aristocrat, the Company premiered the first in a series of Sopranos-themed slots at the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) in Las Vegas November 13-15, 2007, including actor James Gandolfini's appearance at G2E's opening ceremony.
