The changeover required the design and deployment of cutting-edge technology, the conversion of hundreds of signs inside the casino and throughout the region, the redesign of 125 table games, and the integration of more than 1,500 downtown team members into the JACK Entertainment family. In addition, the company transitioned thousands of guests to its new groundbreaking player loyalty program, ClubJACK, providing exceptional dining, travel and event perks.
