Ivobank refusing new customers

As reported by EGaming Review: "Dedicated egaming bank Ivobank is refusing new customers amid doubt over its future.

"Ivobank issued a statement this afternoon saying that it would not accept new retail or corporate customers and that 'further information will be made available to retail customers, suppliers, merchants and the media' as its 'future strategic aims are developed.'

"The bank emphasised that customer balances remained safe and could be 'withdrawn, transferred, or spent – in full – as normal.'

"A spokesman refused to comment when asked if the statement meant the company would be closing down..."
