It's deja vu at The Reel Life4 November 2010Fans of The Reel Life will remember a story around this time last year about a teenager who was arrested for DUI while wearing a Breathalyzer costume. Well, believe it or not, it's happened again. Last year 18-year-old Ohio resident James Miller was arrested for a DUI while still wearing his Breathalyzer Halloween costume. This year's arrest occurred in Nebraska, when 19-year-old Matthew Nieveen was busted early Monday morning. Miller was stopped by police for driving erratically in his Ford F-150 by Lincoln police. He was still wearing his Breathalyzer Halloween costume, and in his mug shot he was in his costume as well. According to The Smoking Gun, "Nieveen's blood alcohol level was more than twice the state's .08 limit (though he wasn't supposed to be drinking in the first place). A search of his truck turned up a bottle of vodka and beer." As we wrote last year when Miller got pinched, we're sure Nieveen "was a big hit at the party in his costume. The only thing taking a bigger hit is going to be his wallet after the DUI." Get in the fast lane grandma, the Bingo game is ready to roll!
