Isleta Resort and Casino is now reopen

Isleta Resort & Casino is now welcoming back guests. The New Mexico property will abide by the below guidelines which it posted on its website.
- Isleta Resort & Casino and all its properties areas are all non-smoking.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to enter the main resort & casino property.
- All Guests must show an ID and Players Club Card to enter.
- Masks will be required for all Guests and Team Members on the property. All Guests should be prepared to provide their own mask, but one may be purchased at an outdoor vending machine.
- No one under the age of 21 will be allowed in the casino, restaurants or hotel.
- In addition to routine cleaning, the property has implemented enhanced cleaning procedures including increasing the frequency of disinfecting restrooms to every 2 hours, sanitizing gaming machines multiple times during shifts, as well as sanitizing door handles, doors, courtesy phones, tables, chairs, handrails, and other high touch and high traffic areas multiple times a day.
- The property currently has hand-sanitization stations for Guests and Team Members. They are located at each entry, food venue and throughout the resort. In addition, we encourage all of our Guests and Team Members alike to wash their hands frequently with soap and water.
- Upon entry to the resort each Team Member will be subject to a scan for symptoms and a contactless temporal scan. Those exhibiting a fever or symptoms will be asked to return at a later date when symptoms are clear and they have been approved to return from a medical provider.
- Each Team Member has been tested for Covid-19 virus prior to returning to work.
- Guests can expect markings on the floors in front of cage cashiers, Players Club, hotel front desks, kiosks, ATMs, and food and retail outlets throughout the resort.
- All dining venues will have reduced seating capacity to maintain social distancing guidelines.
- Bar seating will not be accessible to ensure safe practices.
- Face shields and plexiglass dividers will be placed in close contact areas such as between each slot machine.
