Isle of Capri pulls out of development agreement9 February 2011DAVENPORT, Iowa -- The Isle of Capri has pulled out of its development agreement with the City of Davenport after an ongoing dispute, according to the Quad City Business Journal. The Isle of Capri have had a riverfront development agreement with Davenport since 2005, the report explained. The casino will operate as normal until a sale is arranged and a new operator is found, Quad City Business Journal said. The Isle of Capri has taken issue with the City of Davenport entering into an agreement with MSEG LLC for a land based casino development, the report made note. |
