Isle of Capri Casinos Reports Promotions

BILOXI, Mississippi – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISLE) officials announced today two executive promotions.

Robert Norton has been promoted to vice president of gaming operations for the Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. Norton, who joined the company in 1997, most recently served as vice president and general manager of Isle-Kansas City. He has also held the positions of senior director of operations for Isle-Biloxi, and corporate positions including special projects manager and senior director of operations.

Norton received a bachelor of science in hospitality from the University of Las Vegas.

Michael Tamburelli has been promoted to vice president and general manager of the Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc.

Kansas City, Mo. property. Tamburelli, who has been with Isle for ten years, most recently served as senior director of operations for Isle-Kansas City. He has also served as senior director of operations for the company's properties in Boonville, Mo. and Natchez, Miss., as well as held positions of director of casino operations and slot director at a property level.

Tamburelli has been involved in the casino industry since 1981, holding positions with Playboy Hotel & Casino and Showboat Hotel & Casino, both in Atlantic City. His responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the 40,000-square-foot casino.
