Ireland: GAA resolve to tackle gambling27 January 2014Dublin, Ireland -- The Gaelic Athletic Association, better known as the GAA in Ireland, will have a new initiative to educate members about problem gambling, RTE News reported. The initiative will include pamphlets along with the counselling service established in partnership with the GPA, the report said. Both organizations are concerned about the possibility of future match-fixing, RTE News reported. |
